So I have owned the wii for almost a year. They just came out with a wii active program that rocks. I have lost just shy of 5 pounds in two weeks. The fit program that comes with the ballance board is worthless it has more to do with ballance than fitness. The active game is a blast. It has diffrent exersises that uses a resistance band and the Wii balance board. I have not been this happy with a excersise program ever. I can wait to go home and use it. They incorporate lots of sports stuff running, boxing, vollyball, baseball and the like. I even have a freind at work who is now coming over and working out with me. I am doing a 30 day challange and there is people i have heard of that have lost 4 sizes in that month. I have gotten up to 185lbs and I want to get to at least 150lbs before mike comes home at the end of August. So I will try and keep everyone updated.
